Fleadh na gCuach - May 2 to May 5, 2008
Fleadh na gCuach (The Cuckoo Fleadh), a hugely

community-based arts festival, now in its 15th year,
takes place this May bank holiday weekend in the
beautiful, scenic village of Kinvara, Co. Galway.

Kinvara says No to ‘Relief Road’. - Updated March 25, 2008
The closing date for objections/observations on the Council’s proposals to build a relief road is next Friday, the 28th.
The number of objections will just as important as the persuasiveness of their arguments. Short letters are fine. Just let the Council know what you think and don’t leave it others. Send your letter to The Secretary, Galway County Council, Prospect Hill, Galway.
Kinvara Community Council
Galway County Council’s proposal for a ‘Inner Relief Road’ for Kinvara was overwhelmingly rejected by a public meeting organised by the Community Council on Thursday 21st of February.
