Welcome to No. 3 Beal Cuain, a two bedroomed townhouse in a private development in the centre of the coastal village of Kinvara. As the name suggests, Beal Cuain is adjacent the harbour which is the focal point of Kinvara.

Kinvara is the gateway to north Clare and the world renowned limestone landscape of the Burren region. Kinvara village is famed for its traditional Irish music which can be heard in local bars most nights of the week. There are also several excellent restaurants located in the village.

Local attractions include Dunguaire Castle at the entrance to the village which is one of the region's most notable tourist attractions. Each summer the castle hosts nightly medieval banquets. Each summer sees Kinvara hosting Cruinniu na mBad, a traditional sailing festival. Tracht blue flag beach is minutes away.

Further afield Galway city with its many attractions is but a 30 minute drive. A further 30 minutes takes you to Connemara for a lovely day trip. The world famous Cliffs of Moher are 40 minutes drive to the south and on to the famous surfing beach at Lahinch. For the golfer, 10 minutes away is the championship golf course at Gort Golf Club. There are several other championship courses all within easy driving distance.

The house consists of a large sitting room / kitchen / dining room, downstairs with washer / dryer and all amenities. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms one with en-suite, both have fitted wardrobes. Also there is a seperate bathroom.

The living room has a sofa-bed to accommodate a larger party.
