Location
"Limehill" is a privately owned detached bungalow situated on a quiet road, on a large elevated site on the edge of Kinvara, a seaside village in South Co. Galway on the border of Co. Clare. It has a good range of amenities, including, a modern hotel, 3 supermarkets, a number of pubs and restaurants. It is the centre of specialised leisure facilities, including blue flag beach (7km), riding centre, golf clubs, sea-fishing, archaeological remains, the world famous Burren with unique botanical specimens. It is just 32 km from Galway City with easy access by road. It is a convenient centre for touring Connemara and the Shannon regions.

"Limehill" is decorated , fitted and furnished to a high standard with oil central heating and double glazed windows and external doors and has the following accommodation:
  • Fully furnished lounge with electric fire, facing in a westerly direction, built-in china cabinet / book shelves, multi-channel T.V point.
  • Large kitchen / living room with open aspect to rolling countryside with electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oil fired stove, large airing cupboard with dual system for hot water, and dual electric immersion, fully fitted with the usual small appliances, e.g. electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils china, crockery and glassware, TV point. Television set, mounted on movable stand. Large dining table and 2 armchairs.
  • Full bathroom, with power shower,
  • Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower and toilet facilities; second bedroom with queen size double bed, two other bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has ample built-in cupboards a central light and individual reading light for all bed spaces. Linens and towels supplied, sufficient for eight people. Each bedroom has bedside lockers, a mirror and chair.
  • There is a built-in wardrobe in the hallway; Telephone (incoming calls only) & vacuum cleaner.

    Outside
    There is a large garage to the side of the house with off-street parking for several cars to the rear, side and front of the house. The site is bounded by a substantial limestone wall which gives ample privacy while allowing for panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
